Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the streaming services provided by Tamil Streams ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the services you agree to them.
1. The service
We provide live video ingest, restreaming, packaging and delivery through our CDN, together with a customer portal to manage channels. Features available to you depend on the package you buy.
2. Your account
You are responsible for the activity on your account, for keeping publish keys and access tokens confidential, and for the accuracy of the details you give us. Tell us promptly if you suspect a key has been compromised.
3. Your content
You must own, or hold written permission to distribute, everything you stream. You must not stream content that is unlawful, infringes copyright or licensing rights, or violates the rights of others. You remain responsible for your content and for any claims arising from it.
4. Acceptable use
We are a technology provider: we do not own or operate any channel and we do not review streams before they go live. Publishers are solely responsible for their content. See our DMCA and Copyright Policy and Acceptable Use Policy. You must not use the service to attack, probe or overload our or anyone else's systems, to resell capacity without our agreement, or to bypass viewer limits that apply to your package.
5. Fees and payment
Fees are shown in Indian rupees and exclude GST unless stated. Services are prepaid for the term you choose, typically from your portal wallet. GST invoices are available in the portal.
6. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate a channel or account that breaches these terms, that receives a valid infringement or legal complaint, or that threatens the stability of the service. You may stop using the service at any time; refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.
7. Availability
We work to keep the service running continuously but do not promise uninterrupted operation. Planned maintenance and events outside our control may affect availability. Any specific service-level commitment will be set out in a written agreement.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid for the affected period, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost advertising or subscription revenue.
9. Changes
We may update these terms and will post the new version on this page. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts at our registered office location.
