Refund Policy

We want you to be sure before you commit. This policy explains how payments and refunds work for the streaming services.

Prepaid terms

Channels are prepaid for 1, 3, 6 or 12 months. Longer terms carry a discount in exchange for the longer commitment.

Wallet top-ups

Money added to your portal wallet is available to spend on services. Unused wallet balance can be requested back by contacting us.

Service fees already used

Fees for a term that has started are not refunded for the time already used. Where a channel is deactivated with time remaining, the portal holds the remaining value so it can be applied when the channel is reactivated.

Problems on our side

If we are unable to deliver a service you paid for, write to us and we will fix it or credit or refund the affected period.
