Tamil Streams ("we") respects your privacy. This page explains what we collect through this website and how we use it. The customer portal has its own account and billing records, covered by the same principles.
What we collect
- Enquiry forms: your name, mobile number, email, company, city and message, plus the quote you were looking at, if any.
- Basic technical data: IP address and request details in server logs, used for security and to prevent form abuse.
- Latency checker: the test runs in your browser. Results are shown to you and are not sent to or stored by us.
How we use it
To reply to your enquiry and prepare a quote, to protect the site from spam and abuse, and to keep the site working. We do not sell your personal data.
Cookies and storage
We use a session cookie for form security and your browser's local storage to remember your light or dark theme choice. If analytics is enabled on this site it will be named here.
Sharing
We share data only with service providers who help us run the site and infrastructure, or when the law requires it.
Retention and your choices
We keep enquiries for as long as needed to follow up and to keep business records. You can ask us to correct or delete your details by writing to us.
