These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Tamil Streams mobile application and website (together, the "Service"), operated by Arun Kumar, an individual based in India ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of Service

Tamil Streams is a directory and aggregator service that helps users discover and access Free-to-Air (FTA) satellite channels and Indian private local channels that are publicly broadcast or otherwise made available by their respective broadcasters, networks or content providers.

Tamil Streams does not claim ownership of third-party television channels, channel names, logos or broadcast content. Third-party content remains the property of its respective owners.

The availability of any particular channel or stream may change at any time due to changes made by the respective broadcaster, network, stream provider, technical issues, geographical restrictions, legal requirements or other circumstances outside our control.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

You may use Tamil Streams as a Guest or create an account using your Email address or Google Sign-In.

You are responsible for providing accurate information when creating an account and for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You are also responsible for activity carried out through your account.

You must not use another person's account without their permission or attempt to gain unauthorised access to another account.

3. Acceptable Use

By using the Service, you agree that you will not:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws or regulations;
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise interfere with the operation of the App;
• Use bots, crawlers, scrapers or other automated systems to access or collect information from the Service without our prior written permission;
• Attempt to bypass, disable or interfere with security or access-control mechanisms;
• Redistribute, re-stream, rebroadcast or commercially exploit television streams accessed through the Service;
• Resell access to the Service or provide unauthorised access to your account to other persons;
• Use the Service to infringe the intellectual property, privacy or other rights of any person or organisation; or
• Use the Service in a manner that may damage, disable, overload or impair the Service or interfere with other users.

4. Third-Party Content Disclaimer

The Service may provide links, references or access to television channels and other content operated or made available by independent third parties.

We do not control or guarantee the availability, quality, accuracy, legality, reliability or continuity of third-party content.

Channels or streams may become unavailable, change their URLs, change their broadcasting methods, be interrupted, be geographically restricted or be removed at any time, including at the request of the relevant broadcaster, network, content provider or rights holder.

Tamil Streams is not responsible for changes, interruptions or discontinuation of third-party channels or streams.

5. Intellectual Property

The Tamil Streams name, logo, original App design, website design, text, graphics and other original materials created by or for Tamil Streams are owned by or licensed to Arun Kumar, unless otherwise stated, and may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed or commercially used without appropriate permission.

All third-party channel names, trademarks, logos, programme names and broadcast content belong to their respective owners. Their appearance within the Service is intended to identify the relevant channel or service and does not necessarily indicate ownership, sponsorship or endorsement by Tamil Streams.

6. Paid Services and Subscriptions

Tamil Streams may offer certain paid services, subscriptions or other paid features from time to time. The applicable price, duration and other purchase information will be displayed before you complete a payment.

By purchasing a paid service or subscription, you agree to pay the applicable amount displayed at the time of purchase.

Access to a paid service may depend on successful payment confirmation and may be subject to the applicable subscription period or service conditions displayed at the time of purchase.

7. Payments Through Third-Party Payment Gateways

Tamil Streams uses one or more third-party payment gateways and payment service providers to process certain payments made through the Service.

When you make a payment, you may be required to provide information such as your name, email address, mobile number and other information required to complete the transaction.

Payment details such as card information, UPI information or other payment credentials may be processed by the applicable payment gateway, payment service provider and the relevant banks, payment networks or financial institutions involved in the transaction.

Tamil Streams does not intentionally store complete debit card numbers, credit card numbers, CVV numbers, UPI PINs, banking passwords or similar sensitive payment credentials on its own servers.

Your use of a third-party payment gateway or payment service may also be subject to the applicable provider's own terms, conditions and privacy policies.

8. Pricing, Payment Errors and Failed Transactions

All applicable prices will be displayed before you complete a purchase.

If a payment is deducted from your account but the corresponding service or subscription is not activated due to a technical or payment-processing issue, please contact us with the relevant transaction details so that we can investigate the transaction.

Payment confirmation and settlement may depend on the applicable payment gateway, banks, UPI providers, card networks and other payment service providers involved in the transaction.

9. Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds and cancellations for paid services are subject to the applicable refund and cancellation terms presented at the time of purchase.

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, you may contact us at support@tamilstreams.in with your payment or transaction details.

Where a refund is approved, it may be processed through the applicable third-party payment gateway or payment service provider and may be returned to the original payment method, subject to the payment provider's processing procedures.

Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment method, bank, card network, UPI provider or other financial institution involved in the transaction.

Where a service has already been activated or used, refund eligibility may be subject to the applicable refund policy and applicable law.

10. Advertising

The Service may be supported by advertisements served through third-party advertising providers such as Google AdMob.

Advertisements may be displayed to users of the App and may be personalised or non-personalised depending on applicable settings, consent requirements and device configuration.

Tamil Streams does not control the content of advertisements served by third-party advertising providers and is not responsible for products or services offered by third-party advertisers.

11. Service Availability

We make reasonable efforts to keep the Service available and functioning, but we do not guarantee that the App, website, channels, streams or any particular feature will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free.

The Service may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, technical problems, server failures, network problems, third-party service interruptions, broadcaster changes, payment-provider issues or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

We do not guarantee that:

• The Service will always be available or uninterrupted;
• Every channel or stream will remain available;
• Third-party content will always be accurate, complete or accessible;
• The Service will be free from errors, bugs or technical problems; or
• The Service will meet every user's particular requirements.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Arun Kumar shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

This includes, where applicable, losses resulting from third-party broadcasts, channel interruptions, stream availability, internet connectivity, third-party services, payment-provider failures, device problems or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

14. Account Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms, misused the Service, engaged in fraudulent or unauthorised activity, or otherwise used the Service in a manner that may harm Tamil Streams, its users or third parties.

We may also suspend or discontinue particular features or services where necessary for security, maintenance, legal, technical or operational reasons.

15. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use and protect personal information.

Our Privacy Policy is available on the Tamil Streams website and forms part of these Terms.

16. Third-Party Services

The Service may rely on third-party services including Google Sign-In, Firebase, Google AdMob, third-party payment gateways, payment service providers and other service providers.

These third-party services may have their own terms, policies and conditions. Your use of third-party services may therefore be subject to those providers' respective terms and policies.

We are not responsible for the independent operation, availability or policies of third-party services.

17. Changes to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, update, add or remove features of the Service from time to time.

We may also change, suspend or discontinue particular channels, features or services where necessary due to technical, legal, operational or third-party circumstances.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, the updated version will be published on this page with an updated revision date where appropriate.

Your continued use of the Service after the updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

19. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India, subject to applicable law.
