These Channel Submission Terms ("Terms") apply whenever you submit a channel through the "Add Your Local Channel" form on the Tamil Streams website (the "Service"), operated by Tamil Streams India Pvt Ltd ("Company", "we", "us"). By submitting a channel, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who Can Submit
Submissions must be made by the channel owner, or by someone formally authorised to act on the owner's behalf (e.g. a network representative). By submitting, you confirm that you hold this authority and that the information you provide is accurate and truthful.
2. What We Collect
The submission form collects the channel name, language, genre, video quality, a channel logo, a playback URL (HLS/.m3u8, MPEG-DASH/.mpd, or RTMP), and your name, email and phone number so we can verify the submission and, if needed, contact you about it.
3. Review & Verification
Every submission is manually reviewed by our team before being considered for inclusion in the Tamil Streams app. We may contact you using the details you provided to confirm ownership, request additional information, or clarify technical details about the stream.
4. No Guarantee of Inclusion
Submitting a channel does not guarantee it will be added to the app. We may decline a submission at our sole discretion — for example if the stream is unreliable, the content is unlawful or infringing, the submission cannot be verified, or it does not fit the Service's content guidelines.
5. Your Responsibilities
- You must have the legal right to distribute the submitted stream and its associated branding/logo.
- The submitted playback URL must point to content you are authorised to make publicly available.
- You must not submit channels containing content that is unlawful, infringing, obscene, or that you do not have rights to distribute.
6. No Compensation
Channel listings are added free of charge, for wider audience reach. Submitting a channel does not create any payment obligation, partnership, or exclusivity arrangement between you and the Company, unless separately agreed in writing.
7. Removal
We reserve the right to remove or disable any listed channel at any time — including at the request of the submitter, upon a valid takedown notice (see our DMCA Policy), or if the stream becomes unavailable, unreliable, or is found to violate these Terms.
8. Data Use
Information you submit through this form is used solely to evaluate, verify and, if approved, list your channel, in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your contact information.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the submission form after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
